Happy Friday! Are you ready for some serious time off? I know I am. Tell me what you have in the works for Christmas vacation. Are you staying local or heading somewhere on a jet plane? Either way, I wish you the safest of travels and merriest of holidays.
Here’s what we’re up to + some last-minute holiday decorating ideas.
We’re in Palm Springs and will be roadtripping up to Tahoe over the next few days to meet family for Christmas. I’m excited about the idea of a white Christmas and mellow nights by the fire…and wearing my après-ski boots. 😉
It’s really been quite the year and I’m so grateful, but also so ready to slow down and take a break. That said, I already have a few exciting things on the books for January (a fun party at a Hollywood mansion, a magazine shoot…and The People’s Choice Awards…more on that soon!) so I know my mind will still be in planning mode…at least part of the time.
I still need to order holiday cards too (this is the reason we send New Year’s cards – it buys you extra time and it’s no big whoop if they arrive a few days late!). And while we have a tree (or two) up, I haven’t decorated them yet. I’m off to do that now and if all goes well, I’ll be sure to share some pics early next week.
Until then, I hope you have a glittering weekend and enjoy these holiday ideas xx!
