My friend Alle of Alle Abroad came over last night and we ended up looking VERY Palm Springs. And also like The Beverly Hills Hotel when you put us together! But I feel like they’re kind of one in the same, right? If you’re wondering what to wear to Palm Springs or how to get the Palm Springs look, this post is for you. Also, my pink sequin skirt is on sale!

How To Get The Palm Springs Look
First, a quick intro! I LOVE Alle. She’s an Emmy award-winning reporter who recently traded in her pencil skirts for a passport and launched the travel blog Alle Abroad.
She’s also full of personality and isn’t afraid to let loose and go a little nuts.
Â
Pun so intended. See the peanut mid-air? She caught it on the first try!
She reminds me of a young Sophia Loren. Anyway, follow her over on Instagram + check out her blog Alle Abroad for great travel tips + more!
Now, as for how to get that Palm Springs look…
While palm prints are definitely trending, palm prints/ banana leaf prints/tropical leaf prints are classic, especially here in Palm Springs.
So, whether you opt to go for a full palm print look like Alle did with her palm print jumpsuit, or add it in small doses like I did with these palm print heels, you can’t go wrong.
You also can’t go wrong with anything sparkly, like a pink sequin skirt or sparkly glitter heels, both perfect for cocktails.
Of course, this Palm Springs tshirt by Trina Turk literally screams Palm Springs. 🙂
So, there you have it — how to get the Palm Springs look!
Any Qs, let me know…. And, as always, thank you for popping by, palm vivants!

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size 40IT in the pink sequin skirt. The site says that’s equivalent to a US4, but it’s more equivalent to a size 2. The same skirt also comes in blue and is on sale here, here, here, here + here.

I love it all! Last month when we were in LA, my husband and I spent an afternoon at the Beverly Hills Hotel, and had the best time–that’s just what I thought of when I saw these beautiful pictures. Kelly–while going insane in the gift shop, I got the most amazing tote bag that you totally need!!
