What To Wear To a Black Tie Wedding
We recently received a very beautiful invitation to a wedding in Atlanta. The location: Swan House. The dress code: Black Tie. Exciting! I love an occasion to dress up. I went down a long rabbit hole deciding on what to wear to this black tie wedding but ultimately decided on this coral peachy feather dress. Becoming a literal Georgia peach. haha
The wedding was a dream, like being in a movie, and I was VERY happy with my dress — comfy, chic, surprisingly good quality for a very good price. And I received lots of lovely compliments, which is always such a nice icebreaker, especially when you don’t know anyone else at an event. Save for my dapper date and the bride and groom.
I paired my feather dress with gold accessories, including my trusty gold bow heels (one of my comfiest pairs of heels).
I bought this matching gold bow clutch from the same brand too and am so happy I did. It’s actually surprisingly hard to find a clutch that can fit a big iPhone Pro Max and this one did and then some — including my lipstick, compact, tissues, credit cards, etc.
As for jewels, everything was vintage.
Congratulations to the beautiful bride and groom on your spectacular wedding celebration!
