Two Point Oh! LA Snowball

My dears, before the New Year begins I wanted to take a moment to share a few photos with you from the Two Point Oh LA! Snowball.

Two Point Oh LA! is the fashion blogger group that I am a part of and I cannot express how grateful I am for it. Blogging is a rather solitary pursuit, so having a group of talented, amazing ladies to meet up with (in person!) and bounce ideas off of is invaluable. Most of my friends in LA have come from being a part of TPOLA and for that alone I am extremely grateful to its founder, the tireless Kelsi Smith. The Snowball is the annual TPOLA holiday party, where all 150+ of us members are able to gather in one room for one night and toast to the season.

Two Point Oh! LA bloggers in BCBG

The Snowball was held at Palihouse West Hollywood, a very cool space I’d love to visit again (I’m pretty sure I spotted Lake Bell making a run for the elevators!). BCBG offered to dress a few of us for the occasion, which was a lovely Cinderella moment. I chose this fitted navy blue Camira dress, with a bejeweled neckline. This photo makes me smile because it looks like we’re at a fashion prom!

Lulu’s was there with a fun prize wheel. My friend Jenny and I spun the wheel and each won a dress of our choice (I chose polka dots!). My date for the evening was my darling and dashing K. All in all, a wonderful night. If you’re a fashion blogger in Los Angeles, I could not recommend TPOLA more. Thank you to Kelsi Smith, my TPOLA sisters, and to BCBG for dressing me!

Do you belong to any groups or clubs? I never really had (well not since the Jazzy Girls Club which I founded in my shed when I was seven). This has encouraged me to consider joining some others in the New Year. Do you have any favorites or recommendations?
