New Years Eve Recipe Idea

My darlings, can you believe New Year’s Eve is (gulp) tomorrow? If you’re in need of a quick, easy, delicious New Year’s Eve recipe idea for the festivities, I recently partnered with BCBG and shared my recipe for Bon Bruschetta in a Snap!

BCBG printed the recipe, along with those by three fellow bloggers, on the backs of these cute coasters, which were given as a free gift with purchase at their BCBGeneration stores for the holidays.

The other featured blogs were Milk & Mode, Color Me Nana, and Hello Giggles (Zooey Deschanel’s site!).

I love the dreamy vibe of the coasters.

Bruschetta is such an easy and fun appetizer and you can get as creative as you want with the toppings. My recipe uses grape tomatoes, fresh basil, zucchini and kalamata olives, but you can also add feta to the mix (like I did for Christmas Eve). Or, you can opt for figs and goat cheese, or even blueberries and ricotta. The options are as endless as your imagination.

p.s. I famously once told my mother-in-law that I was “too young to cook,” so it’s extra fun (and amusing) to have one of my own recipes published! Never say never (now there’s a good New Year’s resolution). Although to be fair, these were baked (no cooking was involved!). 😉
