The best part of blogging and hosting events is meeting people. At the ILORI eyewear event I hosted last month, I met Stacey Kelly, a photographer and producer who started the blog Spectacular Is, which features photos of real people wearing glasses. How fun is that? She’s like The Sartorialist of glasses.
We hit it off right away — she’s so sunny and bubbly you can’t not hit it off with Stacey — plus, she shares a first name with my sister and a last name with me! She asked if she could shoot me, I replied “Will it hurt?” and we were off to the races…and by races I mean Rodeo Drive for a Breakfast at Tiffany’s-inspired shoot. I wore three different pairs of glasses…
Here are a few of my favorite photos & what I’m wearing… Which glasses are your favorite?
I wore three different pairs of glasses for the shoot: 1) My new Steven Alan ‘Horton’ frames which I chose for their green hue; 2) My Dita sunglasses I got from ILORI; 3) Holly Golightly-esque sunglasses from Sole Society that Stacey brought and was kind enough to let me keep.
Be sure to check out Spectacular Is for more photos and an interview with me.
Have a spectacular weekend!

p.s. I’m SO excited for the premiere of Ross Matthews’ new talk show Hello, Ross! on E! at 10/9c tonight! Will be watching? I hope for many cameos by my friend — and Ross’ partner — Salvador. Who’s ready for the first couple of late night? Me! Me!
