I should be packing (we leave around 5pm today for San Francisco and then head out on our 20-hour flight to Singapore on Thursday — eeeps!), but I couldn’t resist sharing this sneak peek at Vogue’s new documentary on HBO, In Vogue: The Editor’s Eye, that my friends at VOGUE just sent over. (Yes, I just wrote “my friends at Vogue” — oh yes I did!)
And let me know: Will you be tuning in on December 6th?

Probably not. The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is December 4th and I can only handle one fashion show a year.
Understood. 😉
Looks great. Thanks for sharing.
Enjoy Singapore! It was my home for a year, so do let me know if grub and restaurant suggestions are needed. 🙂
Yes, please! Would LOVE some good recs!
Well, for hawker centers (the best and most local way to eat in Singapore) Lau Pa Sat is great and right in the downtown area. It’s a good mix of locals and expats eating there. Any cabby will know where it is.
Another great one is called Commonwealth Hawker center but that is VERY local. The food is fantastic but you will most likely be the only Westerner there. It took me about 3 months of living there to feel confident in my ordering. 🙂 Depends on how daring you are!
For amazing Indian go to Samy’s Curry in Dempsey Hill.
A bit more trendy area with good restaurants and some shopping is Club Street.
Also indie shopping is awesome on Haji Lane. Near to that is Arab street where you can get yummy Middle Eastern food.
Holland Village is a fun place to sit outside and people watch. The street is closed off to traffic and lined with bars and western restaurants.
Have a wonderful time!
Wow! This is amazing, thanks so much!! I’m especially excited to see the goodies on Haji Lane. Thanks so much again xx!
