Culotte & the Gang
Have you dared to culotte?
When this trend first surfaced, I nearly gasped, and not in a good way. I mean, can you think of anything harder to pull off than wide pants that cut you off mid-calf? But, as I began to see more and more cool girls wearing the pants off of culottes, I slowly began to change my tune. A-culotte-matata! Bandwagon, I’m officially ready to jump on. Here are a few of my favorite culottes (or should I say coolottes) and inspiration for how to wear them.
I’m amazed at how cute they are not only with heels, but with flats too. And in bright hues. The easiest to wear are ones that look like swingy party skirts, but they’re fun in casual denim too.

I have yet to dared to culotte yet, but at 5’10” I’m hoping that I can pull them off!! A friend wore those striped Alice + Olivia culottes to a part and they look amazing on her! 😀
