My dears, do you have any Christmas breakfast traditions? We don’t have anything set in stone, but after spotting these pumpkin pancakes, I’m thinking that might change very soon. Don’t they look divine (and they’re gluten-free and topped with maple whipped cream!)? A little pumpkin pancakes, a cup of hot chocolate and then some quality present-opening time.
