Fall 2011 New York Fashion Week dished up plenty of trends (the ’70s, bell bottoms, bright hues, to name but a few One Day at a Time-influenced nods), but one beauty trend that really caught my mascaraed eye? These caviar nails captured backstage at the Cushnie et Ochs show by Jessica of What I Wore. Apparently, the nails are painted black and then dipped in seed beads (tiny glass beads). Not entirely practical for, say, baking giant cupcakes, but kind of fun for special occasions, don’t you think? Are you ready for caviar nails?
