Happy Monday! Hope it’s off to a great start so far. I’m back from Texas and missing my Bugaboo, but thrilled to say that this morning was the first time in a long time that… I was excited to hop out of bed and hit the ground running.
I look forward to sharing more on that soon, but I finally, finally had a doctor’s appointment that was helpful and hopeful and what a difference that makes. I can’t tell you how excited I am! But it’s a busy week prepping for a fun photo shoot with a brand I love, so I will hold off on that as it tends to get long and tangential (high five for SAT word use!). In the meantime, in case it snuck up on you, as it did me, Father’s Day is THIS Sunday. So I’ve rounded up some fun Father’s Day gift ideas for you + him. Hope you enjoy!
SHOP:
brass shoe bottle opener because he’s golden / the perfect picture frame because he’ll love nothing more than a framed photo of you…or his dog / flamingo socks because hello! / a POPsicle pool float for your Pops because he enjoys not only a fun day in the water but a good pun as well / brass tic-tac-toe set because he loves a good game and it’s also a subtle love letter of kisses + hugs / a flamingo bowtie because, well, do you really need a reason?
MORE IDEAS BELOW…
SHOP:
a copper mug for his moscow mules so he can sip in style this summer/ the perfect carry-on suitcase because he’s a man of the world and always on the go / a cocktail flag to signal to the neighbors that it’s time to get this party started #theflagisraised / a precious pillow that will remind him of you every time he sees it / a phone case that feels like a vacation even if he’s stuck at his desk / a cheeky print that nods to both his classic sensibilities and his favorite drink / anchor bookends because he’s nautical by nature and will always be your anchor in stormy seas
Do you have a favorite? For your dad, and um, for yourself? 😉

p.s. My Dad’s favorite gift I ever gave him was a framed copy of this post that I wrote a few years ago. So if none of these ideas fit the bill (Bill is my dad’s name – ha!), a handwritten letter is always sure to delight.
