Did you see Sarah Jessica Parker on Live With Kelly earlier this week? She looked *so* darling in her frilly Valentino dress and bright teal tights by Hue. Bright tights are one of my favorite ways to jazz up any look (and any gloomy day!), and they’re an easy, fun and inexpensive way to add a festive touch to your holiday party ensemble. (I normally get mine from American Apparel.)
