Mr. Blackwell may no longer be with us, but that doesn’t mean the end of The Best Dressed and Worst Dressed lists. While we expect many to wholeheartedly disagree, here’s who topped the kellygolightly Best Dressed List.
Diane Kruger is a breath of fresh air in her hot pink Christian Lacroix Haute Couture, rising to join the ranks of our other Best Dressed nominees. What other blond can pull off hot pink without looking like Barbie? Plus, she did her own hair and makeup. The result? Simply stunning Old Hollywood glamour. Many loathed it, we loved it — Christina Hendricks did her Christian Siriano gown (and the designer) proud. The peachy hue looked so new and despite her own Golden Globes being (quite literally ) over the top, we all want to own this dress. Now. Christian, are you listening? Her popping red hair and lips complete the peachy perfection. French and fabulous, Marion Cotillard is beautiful no matter what she wears and looks like a million Francs (wait, Euros) in her one-shouldered Christian Dior stunner.
We’re obviously gaga for ruffles done right and Chloe Sevigny is confection perfection in Valentino (well, at least she was before her dress was accidentally stepped on and ripped by her usher to the stage when she won Best Supporting Actress for Big Love — oops!). Nude is not easy to pull off and neither are shoulder and hip embellishments that look like coral, but we think Drew rises to the occasion, glowing like the Hollywood royalty she is in her Atelier Versace gown. 30 Rock funny girl Jane Krakowski is anything but a joke in a single-shouldered J. Mendel stunner, officially making her one to watch on the red carpet from here on out.
Frill seekers aren’t the only ones topping our list. In fact, we were won over by the simplicity of Jenna Fischer’s, Jennifer Aniston’s and Jennifer Garner’s gowns. Is is the year of the Jen? Perhaps. All we know is these slightly sporty, sleek and sexy styles made us think twice.
Too simple? Just right? YOU be the judge. Did we leave out your favorite? Vote for your Best Dressed favorite and comment below!

I am trying to vote but I am having a little trouble. It kept saying “loading” on when I voted on the main page, but on this comments page it worked fine.
I think Christina Hendricks takes the cake. Color, shape, hair, makeup, stunning!
I am surprised Diane Kruger was able to pull off that color, but I think she did OK. The top of Marion Cotillard’s dress looks good, but the bottom.. not feeling it. I’m not sure so much of her slip was supposed to show.
Not sure on Chloe Sevigny. Maybe I just can’t get over her character on Big Love.
Drew Barrymore’s dress was “like art” as they said on E!’s fashion police, though she could have gone without the coral on her hips.
Jane Krakowski looked good, but sadly not that great in that specific picture.
I was surprised to see Jenna Fischer look good for once. Maybe there is a post office hope for her after all.
Jennifer Garner’s dress looked nice. I like the simple style of it. Same for for Aniston, and she actually had the good sense to pair her dress with reasonable shoes, unlike so many others.
@Kate, thanks for your comments (hopefully technically difficulties are fixed now)… my personal vote goes to Christina Hendricks too! Prood that you need not be a size zero to top the Best Dressed List.
Its funny how Christina Hendricks was lambasted by Joan Rivers and crew on E!’s fashion police but she is consistently rated one of the best in the polls. Maybe the next time Joan is under the knife they can do some lasik as well!
