New York Fashion Week kicks off today and it’s the last year at the Bryant Park tents – the end of an era, some say. While I was sad when I fist heard this, I did a fashion 180 when I found out that New York Fashion Week will now be held at Lincoln Center. A real building with real bathrooms (?!). Indeed. If you’ve ever had the love/hate pleasure of attending New York Fashion Week in Bryant Park, you know the Porta Potty situation under the tents wasn’t ideal (though somewhat comical to see fashion’s finest using the loo in this low-rent way). Lincoln Center is so gorgeous, I think it’s a perfect fit for Fashion Week’s festivities. Fashion Week is growing up, sniff, sniff. But, what do you think?
