You saw the party pics from our Slim Aarons BBQ but I saved the big surprise — and a fun giveaway from Glad— for last! What surprise, you ask? 

Well, Glad and I wanted to do something really fun to show that party clean-up doesn’t have to be such a drag. In fact, it can even be fun (really!). So with that in mind, instead of a flash mob, we surprised guests with…

… a flash squad! Cheerleading squad that is. The Glad Trash Crashers tumbled in near the end of the party and took us all by storm. Let’s just say the Trash Crashers weren’t the only ones who were flipping out! Pun so intended.

Here’s how it went down:

We distracted guests by taking a group shot and, while doing so, a thundering drummer led the way as cheerleaders bounced in to perform an amazing routine chockfull of acrobatics. It was super fun to see everyone’s reactions to the cheerleaders tumbling above the LA skyline. #onlyinla

It’s not every day that a girl gets to surprise her friends, flash-mob-style. And I’m not sure how we’re supposed to top this at our next shindig, but I’ve never been more jazzed to take out the trash and can’t stop chanting, “Go Glad go!” #formercheerleaderproblems

A huge thanks to Glad for making the party possible, to the fearless Team Glad cheerleaders, and to everyone who attended for making it so much fun.
