I love shopping for vintage furniture and decor, and my favorite places to do just that are spots like Past Perfect in San Francisco, which features multiple different sellers under one roof (in individual booths or mini-showrooms in the store), but where the checkout process goes through one person. You get the benefits of curated shopping with the thrill of the hunt for a find.
I’ve long wished for something like that to exist online. So when Chairish popped onto the scene — the new home decor site that’s like the love child between 1stdibs and Craigslist — I was a happy girl.
Filled with pre-loved furniture and home decor goodies, items are presented in a beautifully curated way, which makes for a fun online vintage furniture shopping experience. What’s great is that it shows where sellers are located so you can arrange to pick an item up yourself if you choose, or you can select white glove delivery and have it delivered right to your doorstep (shipping estimates are instant, so there’s no hassle with waiting and arranging).
Since the items are by individual sellers, prices vary, but there are deals to be had (as well as splurges to be made). If you’re decorating a new casa, I’d highly suggest that you check out Chairish.
