Thank you SO much for your kind comments and enthusiasm on our baby news! While there are many things I’m excited about, designing Coco’s nursery is at the top of the list. Sharing my moodboard and baby girl nursery inspiration…

BABY GIRL NURSERY INSPIRATION
Designing my sweet niece Kaylee’s tween bedroom makeover was probably my favorite project to date. Partly because it was for one of my favorite people in the entire world, and partly because Kaylee was so fun to work with. She pinned what she liked to Pinterest, weighed in on all of the decisions and it was just super fun to hear her opinions.
Well, I’m just as excited to get to design my new niece-to-be’s nursery!
Kaylee and I have been pinning things to a secret Pinterest board for a few months now. And now that the news of Coco is out in the world, I’m thrilled that I can begin to share our nursery moodboard and inspiration for baby girl’s nursery.
THE DESIGN I’M DRAWN TO MOST
While we’ve been drawn to a variety of styles, the one I keep coming back to — and the one that came to my mind as soon Coco’s name was shared with us — was a soft peachy/pink color palette.
Something very feminine and soft. But with a little vintage flair, a la Palm Beach style. And perhaps a little jungle-y too.
I’m thinking wallpaper on one wall, likely the wall the crib is on. And then paint on the remaining walls.
Maybe a pop of something fun in the closet too, like we did with Kaylee’s room here?
THE INSPIRATION
I’m really inspired by what Palm Beach Lately and The Luxe Report did with their baby girls’ nurseries. Soft and pretty peachy pinks with hand-drawn palm murals by EEK Art.
But I also love this de Gournay wallpaper (more images here).
I’ve seen some peel-and-stick wallpaper options that are along these lines too (linked below) and perhaps more friendly once Coco is a few years older and starts drawing on the walls. Or maybe she’ll be a perfect angel? 😉
The Luxe Report also designed The Beverly Hills-inspired nursery above with the pink and white stripes, which is so chic and sweet.
Anyway, this is where my head is at right now.
What do you think?
I’d love to hear your thoughts xo!

what I think is that I, a full-grown adult, would love to have any of these as my bedroom. how can you resist?
I especially love the jungle-y, ornate wallpaper, to keep it from being too sugary and make it more lush.
Gorgeous designs…I love pink and baby C definitely needs something flamingo in the nursery. I love seeing all the sweet designs.
