Happy Friday, Golightlies! How was your week and are you ready for the weekend? Darling Fred Baby made a whirlwind business trip to Europe but I’m happy to say I cooked every meal while he was away. Normally you can find my picking up a La Scala chopped salad and making it last for my next four meals, so that’s an improvement and a thumbs up for sticking to one of my summer goals.
I also did put on my big girl pants and go to the doctor yesterday. So what if I burst into tears in her office? It still counts, right? Oh, hormones…
My highlights of the week were helping my friend Devon style finishing touches for her Glitter Guide home tour shoot, welcoming Fred Baby back with a good home-cooked meal (is it weird that I think of us as the younger Ina and Jeffrey? Probably…) and gathering with great friends for a drink at the Hotel Bel-Air. My first time and certainly not my last — what a magical spot (no wonder Oprah calls it her fave).
Here’s to more great moments with those we love this weekend xx.
