Old Is Cool & We Are BeSide Ourselves

Most of us love vintage clothing and perhaps an aged vino, but otherwise, we are a country obsessed with youth. Which is really shortsighted and silly when you think about it. Cuz, hello, if we’re lucky, we’re all getting old some day. Older by the moment, as you read this, tick tock goes the clock… don’t panic! Put down the phone, your Botox doc is probably laying on a beach somewhere anyway.
Instead, embrace it. Old is cool.
Think The Golden Girls. Sophia was a fox. In France, we hear, older women are regarded as the sexiest of the bunch. And, apparently, the British are believing it too. Well, at least London-based jewelry designer Bernice Kelly of TheBeSide is proclaiming Old is Cool on a nameplate necklace that would make even Carrie Bradshaw envious.
