Red, White & Blue in Sseko Sandals

I’m excited to announce I’ve partnered with Sseko Designs for their 30 Ways / / 30 Days to Educate Women in Africa campaign. You may remember my Sseko sandals from last July, but just in case here’s a quick refresher: The humanitarian brand makes sandals and accessories and enables education and advancement for women in Africa by providing the women with jobs and a place to live. The money the women earn by making sandals  goes directly towards their university education. Pretty incredible, right?

What’s amazing is that something as simple as you buying cute summer sandals — that can be tied and worn a million different ways — can improve the life of another woman on the other side of the world. Particularly apropos as we celebrate the freedom and opportunities we are so fortunate to have in this country. So it was only fitting that I styled my red Sseko sandals with some white and blue…
