Gingham for Spring

Happy spring! It’s my favorite season. In Palm Springs, it’s basically the start of our summer, which is my favorite season pretty much everywhere else in the world. And I love nothing more when it gets warm than to wear gingham (and to sip margaritas — but that’s a different story!). Here are some of my favorite gingham pieces below…

How to Style: Cute Gingham Tops | As seen on top fashion blogger Kelly Golightly in Palm Springs

I picked up this gingham top in the last Shopbop sale.

They’re having a new sale that started today, by the way, where you can get an extra 25% off sale items when you click here to shop + use code SOEXTRA at checkout.

I’d totally scoop these up + this top + this bag!

While this red gingham top is no longer available on Shopbop, I did track down the same top here in an XS and here in a M.

Good news — it’s on sale in both places.

There’s also a dress version I’m eyeing too.

Are you excited for spring?

Anything you look forward to wearing when the weather warms up?

Odee says she prefers less fur in the warmer months.

And while I understand her viewpoint, my mama heart is having a hard time coming to terms with the fact that she will indeed need a haircut if she’s going to survive Palm Springs happily.

What’s a girl to do?

Don’t answer that (I know the answer, I just don’t like it).

Okay, I’m off to make that margarita… Cheers to a beautiful spring!

Odee needs a gingham bandanna…any color would look good with her hair color.
She would look cute with short hair…just don’t shave her…that is NOT a good look…plus…she’ll get a sunburn!!!
