Now that I’m a mother, my wardrobe choices have changed significantly. Yes, since Friday. Haha.
When there’s an adorable, playful, chew-happy puppy happily taking up all your time and attention, you suddenly become very aware of how swingy sleeves and loose garments look VERY much like a chew toy to your teething pup.
Or at least to our sweet girl. So something simple and basic, like a frill-free denim dress has been perfect for tossing on and playing with the baby.
That said, when it’s time to leave the house, the look can easily go from basic to cute with the addition of a few items: a monogrammed sweatshirt draped around your shoulders, stylish tennies, swingy earrings, statement sunnies, and a cute bag in fall’s biggest hue — red.

Happy Monday!
